A Message
from The CEO

Ehab M. Mostafa, Ph.D.

President and CEO

Welcome to EVARA Group.
From the first sketches of a vision to the multinational partnership we are today, our journey has been guided by a simple, profound belief: the most complex challenges of our time demand not just solutions, but wisdom—wisdom forged at the intersection of disciplines, integrity, and a relentless commitment to the future.

We are living through a hinge moment in history. Our planet, our cities, and our very foundations of progress are being reshaped by forces of change that are at once daunting and ripe with promise. Climate redefines our geography, technology redefines our potential, and society's expectation of responsibility redefines leadership. In such a world, resilience can no longer be reactive—it must be designed. Progress can no longer be incremental—it must be transformational.

This is why EVARA exists. We are more than consultants; we are architects of sustainable advantage. We convene the finest minds across strategy, engineering, and environmental stewardship, and we empower them with the most advanced tools of artificial intelligence and data science. Our purpose is to illuminate the path forward—to turn uncertainty into strategy, ambition into reality, and stewardship into lasting value.

As your partner, our pledge is to see the horizon others miss, to build the foundations others trust, and to uphold a standard of excellence that not only meets the moment but defines it. Together, we do not just adapt to the future; we bring it to life, responsibly and brilliantly.

Thank you for considering EVARA. The next chapter begins with a conversation.
With respect and foresight,

EVARA's governance integrates strategy, control, and assurance to deliver predictable results. The Board of Directors sets direction and risk appetite; an Advisory Board contributes independent market and technical insight; the CEO/Deputy CEO operate a disciplined system of decision rights, stage-gates, and KPI reviews across all subsidiaries. Our framework standardizes how decisions are made and audited—linking investment approvals, risk management, and project delivery—so outcomes are reliable on time, cost, and quality, with consistent HSE and data-protection performance.

Governance Philosophy

Our model Follows "Governance By Design", Balancing Centralized Control With Execution Agility.

Centralized Planning & Governance
Centralized Planning & Governance

Group level sets strategy, policies, and oversight (Board, CEO/Deputy CEO, Executive Office). Charters, KPIs, and auditability are explicit.

Execution Autonomy at Company Level
Execution Autonomy at Company Level

Subsidiaries own P&L and day-to-day delivery within Group standards. Material items escalate by predefined thresholds to manage exposure.

Integrated Technical Expertise
Integrated Technical Expertise

Shared PMO, Technical Support, and Quality & Compliance functions provide methods, toolkits (BIM/SPM/GIS), independent reviews, and resource mobility—raising performance and reuse of best practices.

Clear Authorities & Continuous Improvement
Clear Authorities & Continuous Improvement

Delegations/RACI, documentation rules, and lessons-learned loops convert operating experience into updated policies, templates, and training.

Leadership & Oversight

Board of Directors

Approves strategy, risk appetite, investments, and core policies; evaluates the CEO; oversees performance and internal control effectiveness.

Advisory Board

Non-executive, non-voting experts providing independent market/technical guidance.

Executive Leadership

CEO/Deputy CEO run the management cadence, allocate resources, resolve cross-functional issues, and enforce compliance across subsidiaries and sectors.

Board Committees

Audit & Corporate Compliance Committee

Oversees financial controls, internal audit program, policy adherence, investigations, and corrective-action closure; receives quarterly control and compliance dashboards.

Strategy, Business Development & Risk Committee

Owns strategy refresh, portfolio/pipeline governance, enterprise risk, and major bids/investments (bid/no-bid gates, deal economics, delivery readiness, scenario testing). Ad-hoc committees may be formed for transactions or independent reviews and disband after mandate completion.

Operating Model & Management Committees

Execution is synchronized through a weekly Executive Office and functional forums. Core mechanics: Initiation: project charters, baselines, and stage-gates Assurance: QA/QC reviews, independent design/constructability checks, release sign-offs Change/Risk: risk & issue logs, change control with financial impact analysis Performance: monthly reviews with dashboards (scope/time/cost/quality, HSE, client satisfaction) Central Administration (Holding) supplies shared services (Administration, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Logistics). PMO/Technical Support standardize methods and tools; Quality & Compliance provides second-line oversight. Media/PR & Corporate Identity ensures controlled external and internal communications.
