At EVARA, hiring is simple, fair, and focused on real work. We look for skill, mindset, and potential in equal measure. Our process is designed to be fast, transparent, and two-way — so both sides can decide if the fit feels right.
1 — Apply & CV Review

Share your resume or portfolio. We assess alignment with the role, core capabilities, and how your approach reflects EVARA's culture pillars. You can expect a response within five business days.
2 — Intro Conversation

A 20–30-minute conversation with a future peer or manager. We discuss your goals, recent projects, and what success looks like for you. It's a chance for us both to learn.
3 — Practical Excercise

A short, role-specific task such as a design review, BIM/GIS exercise, or advisory scenario. The focus is on how you think, not just the final answer. Every candidate receives clear instructions and a prep guide.
4 — Final Conversation & Offer

You'll meet cross-functional colleagues to explore how we work, our expectations, and growth opportunities. We align on responsibilities, timelines, and culture fit before making a formal offer.
