1) Scope
EVARA Group, LLC ("EVARA," "we") processes personal data for our public website, account registration, support, and in-product analytics. We act as a controller for platform operations, support, and marketing. For customer content you upload or connect, we act as a processor under our DPA. We do not sell products on this site and do not collect financial or payment data.
2) Data We Collect
Account: name, work email, role, organization, and authentication logs (for example IP, timestamps, or SSO). Product analytics: feature usage, performance and error logs, device and browser metadata, and approximate location from IP. Support: tickets, attachments, chats, and call recordings with notice. Optional: data from integrations you enable (for example Google Drive, Slack, or GIS), newsletter or event sign-ups, and cookie IDs.
3) How We Use Data
We use data to provide, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; prevent abuse; administer accounts; provide support and service communications; and conduct marketing with consent where required. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
4) Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login and security. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used with consent where required. You can manage preferences via Cookie Preferences or your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
5) Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring, security) under contracts and DPAs, legal recipients when required or to protect rights and safety, and in business transfers (for example merger) with safeguards.
6) Retention
Account and profile data: life of account plus 12 months. Logs and analytics: 12 to 24 months, then aggregated or anonymized. Backups: 30 to 90 days rolling. Support records: 24 months after closure.
7) Your Rights
Where applicable (for example GDPR or UK GDPR, PDPL, CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, and opt-out of non-essential cookies and marketing. Requests can be submitted via in-product Settings -> Privacy or privacy@evaraplatform.com. Verification may apply, and you may contact your supervisory authority.
8) Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, SSO or SAML for Enterprise, vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response. Keep your credentials confidential and report suspected compromise promptly.
9) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material updates will be announced in-app and or by email.
