EVARA to supervise construction of Almoosa Hospital in Al-Hofuf

Al-Hofuf, Saudi Arabia — July 3, 2025. EVARA Engineering Consultancy has been appointed by Almoosa Health Group to provide end-to-end construction supervision and project management for the new Almoosa Hospital in Al-Hofuf. The multi-disciplinary mandate covers structural, MEP, façade, finishing, and landscape works from post-excavation through handover. Under a 30-month supervision agreement, EVARA will mobilize a resident team to administer the contract, oversee quality and safety, review shop drawings and method statements, certify progress and payments, and manage testing, commissioning, closeout, and handover documentation. The project site spans approximately 22,700 m². EVARA’s role is designed to keep schedule, cost, and quality tightly aligned, ensuring a safe, compliant, and audit-ready hospital delivery in support of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare infrastructure goals.
